What to avoid.
Drone footage of the wider city used as a substitute for the property itself. Slow-motion footage of coffee cups and hands on marble that communicates nothing specific. Voice-over-heavy walkthroughs that explain what the viewer can already see. And hero music that dates the film within twelve months. Good real estate videography earns attention, shows the product honestly, and ends with a clear next step.
