VFX done right is invisible.
The measure of effective VFX work is that it cannot be identified in the finished film. J-Cut Production approaches every VFX brief with a clean-up-first philosophy: if something should not be in the frame, it should not be in the finished film, full stop. Our compositing team works in Blackmagic Fusion and Adobe After Effects with node-based compositing pipelines that allow precise control over every element of the composite.

Plan for VFX in pre-production.
The most expensive VFX shots are the ones that were not planned for on set. Shots that require VFX work need specific on-set supervision: correct tracking markers, grey balls for lighting reference, clean plates, and correct camera movement for tracking to work. J-Cut Production includes VFX supervision on set for all productions with significant post VFX work as standard, reducing both post time and cost.
