Conference video serves multiple audiences simultaneously.
Conference video has to work for the live audience who could not attend every session, for sponsors whose investment deserves documented evidence, for the conference team who need post-event material for next year's pitch, and for the speakers who want to share their presentation on LinkedIn. J-Cut Production plans conference productions with all four use cases in mind from the initial briefing, ensuring the right formats are delivered for each audience without requiring additional production time.
Technical pre-planning prevents failure on the day.
Conference productions fail most often because of inadequate pre-production: wrong camera positions, no direct feed from AV, insufficient lighting, or a shot list that does not account for how the event actually runs. J-Cut Production conducts site visits and detailed briefing sessions with event AV teams before every conference production, coordinating direct feeds, agreeing camera positions with production design, and reviewing the agenda to plan crew coverage accordingly.
